I guess it depends on what effect you are going for. For funnier-than-Eastwood aged befuddlement, I would want Bob Newhart. If you want something along the lines "I want these motherf---ing republicans out of the motherf---ing House and Senate!" Then Samuel L. Jackson is my vote

I was a little bummed I couldn't cast a vote for Tim Robbins as a write-in candidate. :)
